After 30 years working in Michelin-starred restaurants, renowned hotels, and high-end catering companies, I now serve as Director of Food & Beverage Operations at a major cultural and heritage site of international stature. This demanding and high-standard environment brings together several venues with distinct concepts.
This current role, both strategic and operational, allows me to lead multidisciplinary teams, improve performance, ensure quality of service, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
